Basic Doula Package

Includes 2 meetings with couple before birth and a visit to meet doctor or midwife

• First session will be creating a birth plan, know your options, there are many.

• Second session will include the "tool box", we will explore breath work the number one natural pain management tool!! Yoga poses that help to speed up labor and to manage contractions, massage techniques that help relax mom in between contraction and how to reduce contraction pain. Rebozo techniques that help to assist baby into the ideal position of birth. Birthing poses and how to breathe and push.

• 24hr texting availability to answer any questions,

suggestions on book referrals and other

Elizabeth will stay present with client till baby is born. She will stay for an hour or two after birth to make sure baby is latching properly (if mother is breastfeeding) and to answer any questions you may have.

• This package will also include 1 postpartum session to visit new family

• Answer any questions, review the birth experience and a special gift from Elizabeth
