This is a 1 hour class for mamas that do not wish to have a doula but would like to have loved ones as birth their coach.

In the comfort of your own home, we will go over

• How to create a birth plan, and your options

• When to know you are going into labor

• How to help progress labor using yoga poses and other

• Massage techniques for pain management and relaxation

• Meditations to work on together

• Birthing poses and more

• Reference sheet with everything that you will go over in class

  For this class you will only need a birthing ball, everything else will be provided.

  Class can be in-person or Zoom
